It’s not what you think.
Moment of transparency: I snore. The cost, unfortunately, for my wife Karen is often a good night’s rest, sleep, peace and quiet..and so forth. The most common thing I have been told to try to help mute the apparent buzzsaw (which I haven’t yet heard in full throat because — well — I’m asleep) is to use those Breathe Right strips. Those, however, never seemed to work for me. Cue the buzzsaw once again.
Recently I’ve turned to Amazon. That’s because if WikiPedia KNOWS everything, then Amazon SELLS everything. The first thing I bought a while back were these so-called nasal dialators.

Place the open ends into your nostrils and they are supposed to open your nasal airways to allow better breathing..and less snoring. By themselves..they weren’t quite as effective as I would have liked them to be. After the new year, I decided to try what Karen called the ‘cheese wedge’.

It’s a memory-foam bed wedge pillow. The concept: to raise your head enough to level your body and keep your airway open..thus..preventing snoring. The jury is still out as I continue to get used to sleeping with my upper body on an incline. I’ve been trying the above devices together..hoping for a double whammy effect.
The experimentation continues. I am interested, however, in getting some feedback. Perhaps you’ve had an issue with snoring..or have been told by someone you love that you do as they hold a rolling pin above your head. What have you tried in an effort to stop the sawing of logs? I am eager to hear your ideas and/or solutions.
My wife will thank you.
